You are Ready to Start Now!

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. - (

One of the most common remarks we as CrossFit coaches come across on a very regular basis is,

“I need to get fit first, then I will start”. The first thought I have on this is, regardless of how fit you are, CrossFit is a new experience to everyone, and you may never feel prepared which is why we have *scaling options (See below) and secondly, why prolong something that will guarantee improved health, happiness and fitness which is why you are looking to start in the first place!

*Scaling options means that all the exercise and movements can be altered and adjusted so that they are suitable for every level of weight, height, fitness level and competence.

We have had people from all walks of life enter our doors, those who have been sedentary for most of their lives, those who have recovered from major injury and even those who would never have imagined they would be capable of doing something like CrossFit.

People often see professional CrossFit athletes on TV or YouTube and then formulate this idea that they are not at that level and never will be. Chances are that is correct! But you cannot base your opinions off the top 1% of competitive athletes when CrossFit was initially created for the general population to increase levels of health and fitness in everyday life.

The point of all this is that you have nothing to lose, and you will not know until you try! Take the leap, trust our amazing team of coaches, and enjoy the experience while you do it! Your future self will thank you 😊.
